Trey D Horton, CPA, MBA

Trey has nearly 20 years of experience in public accounting with a focus on small businesses and individuals. He has extensive experience in the retail, manufacturing, wholesale, real estate, medical, and service industries. He works with business owners and individuals to reduce their taxable income to make sure they are taking advantage of all tax breaks. While the owner of Abacus Accounting Center, he could not do it without the wonderful staff that are here.

Cynthia A Martin, CPA – Tax Manager

Cindy has over 20 years of experience in public accounting, including both tax and accounting services.  She specializes in small businesses and individuals.  She works closely with her clients in providing financial & tax planning guidance.  She also helps new businesses with various tax-related issues, including what type of entity is best. She is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the states of Colorado and Washington.

Anthony Shah, Tax Staff Accountant

Anthony graduated from Colorado State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. Upon his graduation in 2015, he joined the firm as a tax staff accountant. During his time with Abacus, his main focus has been on individual taxation. He has decided to further his knowledge in taxation by earning the IRS Enrolled Agent license.

Gennie L Hawbaker, Office Manager

Gennie has worked in public accounting office management for over 20+ years and ensures the smooth day to day business of the Abacus office. Her responsibilities range from answering the phone, billing, staff support, as well as client services. Some previous roles have included merged multiple offices into one consolidated office, IT administration & technical support coordination.
